How big is your team?

Like we mentioned, we’re pretty small – at any given time we’re about a dozen team members strong. We each have our specializations, but because we are so small we all wear many hats. It’s not uncommon for a writer to answer the phones, or a project manager to proof a document. Heck, we even have some designers who code these days! We all step up where we’re needed, and because we’re interested in doing our best work, we’re also interested in each other’s responsibilities. It helps make us a stronger, more efficient team.
